-All prices are quoted from the basis that a standard room s is 3mx3m and are empty or no furniture is to be moved. Moving furniture will incur additional fee of $10 per room.
-All rooms must be pre-vacuumed before technician arrives otherwise a $20 charge will be added to invoice for vacuuming.
-If access requires the carrying of equipment up more than 2 flights of stairs, an additional $20 fee will apply.
-All carpets are cleaned by Australian Standard AS3775 1995.
-Normal spot and stain removal is included in our industrial price and process. If at completion of work there are stains that cannot be removed, then the technician will discuss extra treatments that may be applicable to removing these stains.
-Please note that all technicians will endeavor to remove the maximum amount of spotting or staining during the cleaning process.
-Please ensure parking is available for the technician, otherwise any parking fees will be added to the invoice.
-The price quoted on the phone is or email is just an estimate for an Basic steam clean only ,and not a firm price. . The technician will firm the final price on the day once he sighted the job , witch you will agree upon before he does the job .
